Well I try and look into a stock as much as possible before staking my money/name on it.. I thing about this one is it is similar to the same game most penny stocks have been playing lately; Dilute, Pump, PR. Then dilute again at a higher PPS with a larger float and more attention to be able to raise more $$$, I am by no means saying this stock is a great "investment" stock, it is purely a lotto woth looking into IMO..
