Three questions.

1) Does Claude Smith leaving IWS hurt our lawsuit?

2)Was it not mainly IWS business that was interferred with?

3) Don't you think if RCCH had a case they would haved filed it 9 months ago?

My take on question 1 and 2, I personally think Smith leaving and IWS' potential non existent current state (since Smith left) is extremely detrimental to any potential lawsuit. Why would the President of that company leave before his payout and revenge IF there was major influx of money coming? My take on question 3, You file when you have something. You don't file when you don't.

Doesn't add up here, gh. Keep trying though.
