are not in place there since they have
so many issues elsewhere *also* and wind up
*restricting* buys yet continuing to allow *SELLS*
.. a very handy arrangement when one thinks
about it

This actually makes logical sense. If you tell a customer that holds shares in a company that he is not allowed to sell them that customer is gone.
