What is there not to understand...

CMKX currently has 703,518,875,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding to approximately 2,032 stockholders of record (excluding shares held in "street name").

The PR states all the outstanding stock (703,518,875,000) is held by 2,032 shareholders of RECORD.... SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD ARE THOSE WHO HOLD STOCK IN CERT FORM... PR clearly states EXCLUDING SHARES WHICH ARE HELD IN STREET NAME WHICH WOULD NOT BE PART OF THE 703,518,875,000 SHARES..

The float is ZERO BECAUSE THE PR CLEARLY STATES TOTAL OUTSTANDING IS IN CERT FORM HELD BY 2,032 SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD.
