Recommendation for a courtesy letter.


If Ken is able to see this, I would recommend a simple courtesy letter to be sent to those who are registered for the dividend. It doesn't have to go into great detail, but it will provide a confirmation to those who were shareholders of record that day. There is some expense associated with a letter in the area of $200 or so from mailings I've done in the past. This is a simple suggestion to help with communications.
