The PR is fantastic. Urban and the cert holders own the O/S, and much of that is probably restricted.

Shares in street name ARE NOT included in the 703 billion- as the PR clearly states.

I estimate that the NSS is probably 200 billion +, but that is just a guess.

When we resume trading, let the short squeeze begin.
