I send Justin Nelson two emails Friday.

The first one was asking the EC to file something that gave the EC committee's instructions as to the opt IN/OUT question.

The second one was complaining about this circus called a vote.
Mentioning how some had received nothing, some had received something, some were allowed to vote by phone, and how some were voting by fax.
