Doesn't Heskett own 80% of the O/S as well. So it would be in his best interest to merge LOCN with a big name company, which is his specialty as I understand. So I believe Heskett has a lot to due with everything that has been going on here lately. If he completes a successful merger with a big name company he benefits as well as everyone else. Right now I believe everything is in Heskett's hands and that he will be successful in his pursuit. Good luck to all shareholders.
