They were nearly a year late with their 10-Q, had to go back and redo old 2008 report to do the 2009 when they hired one of the top wall street accounting firms and replaced the old one, and they were busy with a building a huge new plant.

The volume dried up this year as strong hands bought all the loose day traded float the past 9-12 months. Not many shares traded the last 6 months at under .60, so it may keep running up to $1 before it even thinks of a support test back at this level. And they do not seem to need to increase the float or OS as they have major borrowing strength, as evidenced by the financing of the new plant they have been building to expand production. I bought this one as a buy cheap and hold for 3 years or so play as their order flow should see explosive growth as China moves to recover energy from waste heat to meet their 10 year plan to reduce GHG emissions like CO2 by 40% by 2020!
