Maybe they dipped into the authorized? Maybe you are off on your numbers of how many shares are out there? Where are these people that also hold restricted? Who knows?

We can speculate all day about this.

So what makes you think just one person dumped 275000 shares? I didn't see a 275k block go through, did you?

Approximately 200k shares were bought at .26-.265. There were buyers to absorb that. I saw ETMM NITE and UBSS on the offer. I saw UBSS and NITE on the bid. That tells me that a paniced herd of retailers were just selling out. That's fine. I wasn't falling for it. Besides, I already took some profit to cover my initial investment after the 300% runup I had.

I watched the action close. The selling in the .50's right before the drop was orchestrated with 5k share blocks. When the bottom fell out people panicked. Take it as you want. I think someone or a group was looking to load up. I saw the buy orders at .26 so I went ahead and loaded up with them.

Now it's just that. Either you're in, or you're out. Simple as that. It's ok if you couldn't take the risk. That's life. As for me, I covered my risk and am perfectly fine holding over the weekend. Why not have some tickets to see how this develops?
