Ok, let's try to clear up the share structure issue. An attorney rendered his opinion on MXGD in regards to the filings that were posted in OTC Disclosure & News Service in October. He states that he checked with the Transfer Agent and confirmed the O/S that is stated in the Annual Report: Issued and outstanding: 175,000,000 common shares

From the Attorney's Letter with Respect to Current Information:

"MXGD's transfer agent is Island Stock Transfer, a transfer agent registered with the SEC. The method I used to confirm the number of outstanding shares set forth in the Annual Report was to check the figure provided by MXGD against the figure provided in the certified transfer agent shareholder list."
