Company once filed BANKRUPTCY. Current book (financial) does not look impressive. Huge liabilities. Source: last 10Q. IMHO, this debt might be the reason DGRI not at $.30. Institutions are not emotional players. They go very deep before making investment decision.

At a first glance DGRI look promising. still doing my DD. They have good back up as their subsidiary is AGDI (check the symbol). Also low float.
