I guess someone needed the $0.45 that they got from that sale. It has to be manipulation. The other day the 911 shares then went through was worth even less.

With the transaction costs for most retail investors those low prices mean it was most likely MM's playing game.

I'm thinking this is ready for a move soon. Maybe this low price with entice some buyers.
