I first want to say that I do not own any HESG stock, but I have been following it for some times. I think that there is a lot of life left in this stock. I know a lot of people were hoping that Prop 19 would pass, but it did not. However, here is some news that may be interesting, I really do not know what will come of it, but here it is.
