I just wanted to ask you a few questions in regards to your dealings with CPMCF so that I may clarify some things:

For starters, your recent dealings with Coastal Pacific are legitimate correct? I've been hearing rumors online that CPMCF is a scam but I do not believe that is the case at all so any clarification would be good.

My dealings with Coastal are totally legitimate. I’ve seen the online rumors, mostly by people who have shorted the stock from my view, who want it to fail to realize a quick profit. The negative rumors are baseless.

Secondly, I am aware that the Santa Rita property has a estimated silver reserve worth 350 million; if that's the case why did you decide to sell some of the claims to CPMCF? Why not just begin a exploration and drilling program yourself?

The 1.3MM tons identified so far from previous work I had done, at today’s prices would have values of closer to $800MM, if you work out the numbers of average values from work to date. Coastal is being very conservative by announcing only $350MM.

Work to date has only scratched the surface of what is there at Santa Rita.

JV ventures are not unusual and the deal I have with Coastal will be very mutually beneficial to both parties.
