there is zero chance that china wood inc. will make any move with press releases or sec filings, other than necessary sec filings which to me look to be concluded with the definitive 14C, while this thing is still TBJK... post name change all bets are off... i bet they do a press release with name change and financials (which will show another 3+ million profit for the last 3 mos.) and possibly laying out their vision for CHWI or whatever the symbol will be including their intentions for uplisting... not to mention if and when they unleash the 150k promotional account these pre split / name change days will be over... as well as the sweet pricing that went along with it...in my opinion
