are you joking ?----of course that is his implication---has been for some time----and to feign ignorance about morris' comments becoming reality is amusing----my guess---the day will come when morris gives the GOOD NEWS------"lcre pleased to announce we ONLY need to increase AS to 50 BILLION----CONTRARY to what certain CRAZY posters have claimed"------------------------------------------------------the 75 billion will come later.
