I would reluctantly have to say I am on board as well if there is a suit against the company. JD flat out lied to me on two occasions last year as well. I specifically asked JD if they were on pace to hit rev's of 4-6 mil in 2009 and he told me they were on pace to hit it. That was in October and November of 2009...almost the end of the year! He also told me the financial reports were to be forthcoming very soon and that there would be no increase in the O/S.
