Wow your dumb. This is not criminal these are a legal fights between my partners of 16 years. We let them go to default because of the Bk case. ie chapter 11

Once again you don't understand the facts. These are not Criminal they are civil.

THEY NEVER WENT TO COURT. they are called defaults.
