TORONTO -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ozolutions Inc. (OTCBB:OZLU), Toronto based international marketer and distributor of water treatment systems,is pleased to announce progress on the acquisition of exclusive Canadian marketing rights to the water activation products of ELCE International Inc. Ozolutions currently has non-exclusive rights for Panama. Ecuador, Mexico, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Peru and the Caribbean Zone.

ELCE International holds the world wide marketing rights to patented Japanese technology that is environmentally friendly, simple to install and maintenance free. The ELCE Water Activator, developed in Japan, changes the physical properties of water without removing or adding chemical impurities, ions or minerals. The specially hardened ceramic balls contained inside the ELCE device rotate and rub against each other, a reaction caused by the flow of water passing through the equipment. The friction caused by the interaction between the water and the ceramic balls generates several electrical energies producing significant benefits in a number of water system applications.

Scale build up inside water pipes is removed increasing energy efficiency, flow rate and overall operating efficiency. Agricultural productivity is also improved through better plant absorption of water and nutrients, increased root growth, thicker stems and increased crop yields. Fish and shrimp farming operations, using activated water, benefit from greater plankton and algae growth, prime food sources for healthy shrimp growth.

CURRENT SHRIMP FARM TRIALS
Ozolutions is currently conducting shrimp farm trials in Panama and Ecuador. ELCE units are being tested to determine if the following results can be achieved in Panama and Ecuador.

OBJECTIVES OF FIELD TRIALS:
to demonstrate that with the use of ELCE technology, shrimp larvae will grow faster, in a shorter period of time and with a reduction in mortality.

If ELCE water activation proves successful in these two trials, shrimp farm operators should be able to improve profitability since bigger, healthier shrimp, grown in a shorter period of time may help provide a better return on investment with equipment payback calculated within a two year period.

Based on potential positive test results, Ozolutions projects ready adoption of ELCE equipment in the laboratories of the more than 200 shrimp farms in Panama and Ecuador with initial projections of up to U.S.$ 15 million in shrimp industry sales. Similar gains in melon and lettuce crop improvements have been achieved with ELCE equipment, market opportunities Ozolutions will also be pursuing.

To assist Ozolutions to exploit these significant opportunities, Claudio Sgarbi, President of ELCE International, has agreed to supply the services of its most experienced technician for one year to help install and monitor ELCE systems and train Ozolutions agents and personnel in Canada and other markets in which it will be operating.

Ozolutions has agreed to acquire exclusive Canadian rights to ELCE products and technology for 25,000 restricted common shares and an annual quota of 300 ELCE units, with quarterly purchases of 75 units required under a letter of credit. Based on positive sales results in Canada, ELCE International has agreed to consider granting marketing rights for other countries and markets that Ozolutions may wish to enter.

Given the wide range of all potential ELCE applications for industrial, commercial and food growing industries, Ozolutions projects 12 month sales of approximately U.S $30 million.

Max Weissengruber, Ozolutions President commented that "Businesses throughout the world are committed to reduce operating costs and improve productivity as a way to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. We believe that ELCE technology can be a powerful tool to help companies achieve important corporate objectives".
