In theory yes, unfortunately every single seller would have to be in on the deal and I don't even trust everyone on IHUB.
Too many posers who are posting one thing and doing another.
All it takes is one person to set a new ASK price lower and it falls apart.
Keep asking, it's how we all figure it out.
