well, neither you, i, or anyone else that doesn't work for the SEC knows what they are and are not investigating. you can say they haven't suspended CDIV, but you cannot say they are not investigating it (and you can't say they are, for that matter).


it is reasonable to assume they have/hed their eyes on CDIV due to it's affiliation with monk's den, but we won't ever know any details unless they decide to pursue some type of action.
