I agree with you. MMTE has to be able to present a semi solid plan/outlook for anyone to lend out $30Million. Lithium price + demand +math= $$$

BTW, housing market would like a talk about bank making wise decision. :D Now, it is only tough if your credit score is below 700. I had no problem taking out 6figure loan in 2010.
