Good Morning Class,
I just got a new phone, phone plan, and now have unlimited texting.
I decided to do a little test on Go800, as if I was a potential investor and am checking out this new revolutionary service.
Let me preface the story somewhat, by stating that I live in Thurmont Maryland right next to Camp David.
I texted the keyword "pizza" to Go800 and hit send. Within 30 seconds I received a call back. A voice on the other side told me that Go800 was connecting me, and within a few seconds was connected to a young lady at Rotellos. I told her how I got connected to their place of business, and they were impressed that the Go800 service was bringing them customers.
Here's the problem...
I then inquired if they deliver pizza? They do. I then inquired where their business was located? The reply was Boca Raton, FLA.
Now I'm not a rocket scientist, but 1,400 miles is a bit far for a pizza delivery.
Hence as a potential investor I would have had to say that Go800 has the cart so far in front of the horse, that the horse can't see it anymore.
I should have received the callback from Go800 stating that no pizza delivery business is in their system as of yet in my immediate area.
It's a beautiful this that the system is available, up and running, but if you look at the marketing video it falls far short of the claims that you see when the gal sitting on the couch texts "pizza" to Go800 and minutes later she is enjoying a slice.
I can see why someone trying it out would get discouraged at first glance.
Great service, but no being rolled out properly IMO.
I'm still holding, and still 10 million shares long.
Go800, but pull your collecting heads out of your........
