This is my favorite part of the article.
The other countries are not waiting for FDA approval. There are sick people in more countries than US. Sometimes we go to other countries to find cures because of the FDA's red tape.
There are many countries that allow you to use cannabis in public and this would just be a much cleaner way.
IMO those that are just paying attention to the US happenings are going to be missing out.
