Because if their delinquency in reporting - TD Amer will NOT allow opening / buying BANI (or many others) - only SELLS.
I fought this unsuccessfully as I argued TD "manipulated" the stock barring all their holders from buying/averaging down thus preventing ANY buying pressure from ALL TD Amer holders.

Just WRONG, but nothing can be done. They have MANY same case.
