I have read a lot of your post and you sure make a great case for non-performance but remember they are covered under the fair harbor statements at the end of each PR. Based on what I have seen, it would be hard to prove fraud from any of it.

"If it is halted and lies and deception are proven, is it possible for any of you to recover funds invested, without legal action?"

While I don't have a law degree, I don't think it will be possible to get any of your money back if it is halted and fraud proven unless you go to court. Honestly, I don't think it would be cost effective to do that unless you hold a HUGE chunk of shares.

With what I hold, it is better to take the tax loss and move along but these are the risk with any pinksheet company.

Our best hope is for some real progress from the company and for the stock to keep trading if we ever have any hope of getting anything back.
