Are you a shareholder?

If not; what is your interest and purpose on these boards, spreading false claims about this company's ability or inability to turn their assets in to profitability for shareholders and employees?

The facts are there, and it's rather clear cut what's going on.

You seem to be clear cut on what's going to happen, and as far as I know, that's in the hands of a Judge right now.
