I'm not the expert with legal documents, can't trully get the legal lingo.

Is it fair to say:

Heartland Holding is slowly acquiring several of Terry Lee's assets in the last few years?

In exchange he is getting a bit of cash, paid debt and he is getting a ton of shares?
