That definition and a short history of Xynergy should be sent to the SEC for review.
Ley is clearly shirking his fiduciary duties by not informing his shareholders of an explanation for his actions.
This was a major change in share structure and business direction and he hasn't explained squat!
I find it legally and morally reprehensible.
