I dont have full membership here for sending some messages.

The 12.75 value was some rumor spread about a year ago. One of those, someone said someone said he said they said he was approached with a $12.75 controlling interest purchase or buyout (??) offer. I did not put much confidence in it. The $57.85 value is my medium-long term (say FEB 2013 target price). I know it is lower than the $100+/share at 2014 by Allan and others. The man with the suitcase was a tickle for information. Was there much of a meeting? Whom was involved? Were there any suitcases? If so, were they interesting?

I have concerns over the ultimate protection of NNVC's IP. But I have no concern whether they are real or not. I know its real, it appears to have potential, and I thought some of the early rumors were that Pfizer was looking at small biotechs and potentially at NNVC. I own Pfizer and at one point on one message board some time ago (maybe a year) I was suprised to see a comment about NNVC and the possibility that they were looking into it. In the past, when dicussing Pfizers acquistion strategy with some at UBS, it sounded like they are keeping their eye on several or more potential biotech companies and their progress and looking to pounce whenever and wherever it seems right and agreeable with the smaller entity. The feedback I got was they were reluctant though to take a hostile approach in any of the cases. I have not idea or information if they or anyone else has indeed ever approached NNVC.

While I think someone like Pfizer could really make things happen with this, I also think that is still a little ways off. I agree with others that NNVC needs some sort of truly strong catalyst news to jump start it into the relm of real big $$$. I also have agreed with the Allan timeframe of things really not popping until somewhere around the 2014 timeframe. With some of their recent milestones, I think we could see real price action into the double digits before the end of 2011.

Sorry if I contributed to spreading of un-substantiated and un-trackable rumors.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Looks like we closed down today at 1.25. Oh well, that could be argued as being healthy also.
