Is this really worth $5.08 per share with AZKOY???? I added the overall outstanding shares from each company together and got a total of 14,209,112,615 total outstanding shares between NWTT and AZKOY. Then I divided that number by the sum of the two companies' market values: 2793662046 and i got a value of $5.08!

Obviously, shares would be issued in the merger, but still. Look at the possibilities if this is a correct calculation. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Just looking at it vaguely.
