UPDATED and EDITED

Happy Halloween to this wonderful community...it was just a short time ago that my 15 year old son Keith was a trick or treater(sp) and my oldest son, who is a pre-law student at Florida State, Christopher was 1 as well.

Let me state for the record that I am not currently invested in IBCL.

I have followed the company for a few years so I am in fact somewhat familiar with some of has been going on with the company on and off.

My real forte is ther flooring industry per my prior post. Most of my expertise originally stemmed from the retail end the business and through strong relationships and partnerships with various suppliers over the 23 years in the business. Many close friendships have have develoved over these years.

Shaw mills is now part of Berkshire Hathaway a Warren Buffett company that is mananaged by my good friends Bob Shaw and Julian Saul (formerly of Queen Carpet which was purchased by Shaw prior to the BH deal)

Mohawk Industries (traded on the NYSE MHK) and mostly managed and controlled by the Loberbaum family..a truly fine family IMO!!.

3rd largest producer is privately held by Bealieau of America the priniples beings very close friends, Carl and Meike Boukeart..they are Belgium citizens living in Dalton GA on a beautiful horse farm. In 1996 Olympic Equestrian event was held at theere. Carl represented Belgium in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney Australlia that year. We were his guests at those games.

BB, Dalton, Calhoun, Ringold, Chatsworth etc are no longer just 1 or 2 exit towns off of I 75 anymore. There are 1000s of business' there now feeding off the entire flooring industry..not just carpet! Wood, vinyl, rug, laminate oriental rugs, laminate, and most other type flooring as well. New companies in Dalton are nothing new . I'm constantly amazed evertime I visit of all the new growth. So Billy do not be surprised If I don't meet all your expectations...remember, I'm retiered...LOL!

In order for to get a good understanding of the company's product's with regards to it's application to carpet I must speak with somebody within the company that has technical knownledge with regards to it's application proccess, be it to the pimary backing or fiber/yarn heat set etc. From there I can verify this with several sources and perhaps execute if possible. This will not be very hard to do unless the product is a duplication of something that is currently available at the price etc. Just being honest.

Again, I had a problem when editing this post ..so my prior version was posted in error...SORRY FOLKS!

Have a great evening to all!
