I highly doubt we will take such an in-your-face approach simply because I don't think it's wise to jack with the SEC that way. Speak softly and carry a big stick (and if you're bob maheu, use it to whack out their knees LOL). Anyway, interesting that between this company, usca, and cmkx a pattern seems to be emerging in terms of how the sec deals with unwieldy NSS issues?
