Just checked...

Nothing new on the court website today...

Where that leaves us in terms of timing is in a pinch between the Markle motions, particularly that requesting a pre-trial conference, and the trial start date, set for November 15th.

It appears the judge doesn't want to grant a pre-trial conference before studying the issues and getting up to speed on those things that are likely to be the topics... which makes perfect sense.

Getting fully up to speed on all of that might be difficult to do, still, at least for us, given that the Motion filed is still fairly open ended... and you don't know what all might be talked about if and when there is a pre-trial conference...

Not knowing everything there is to know... includes some element of risk... including risk in terms of economy, and major risks in terms of potential in getting things wrong.

I think that makes it pretty hard to parse those risks... without knowing anything at all about how the hearing went, the sorts of things that were discussed at the hearing, and how they seemed to be received...

Even if you had that, no one knows what WILL happen next, or when it will...

So, for now, what you see in the market is the difference in certainty between those who've done the work to have a feel for it, and those who haven't, and the difference between those who are patient and the impatient...

That, and what looks like a fairly pointless bit of effort being made in trying to "shake" some shares loose...

Hmmm. Maybe a block of 200,000 at $0.10 means someone just liberated another $20K to pay the attorneys ???

LOL!!

I don't think there is ANY dependence at between the share price and the funding of the CLYW legal effort... but, isn't it fun watching the other side struggle with trying to figure it out ???

Daic and Williamson are again "all in" betting on CLYW running out of money and being unable to sustain the legal effort... in EXACTLY the way they went "all in" thinking CLYW wouldn't be able to stop them from taking the patent and selling it to themselves in an "auction sale" ? LOL!!! In that effort, they "misjudged" and provided CLYW with the nails to knock the lid on their coffin... along with the hammer, the coffin and the lid...

They are SO toast... still not dealing with reality...
