Geez, if we're dealing with Wade Phillips and Jerry Jones, this will NEVER be ANYTHING.

Don't see the financials as particularly imperative - what would the "funding" group see? A bunch of expenses and no revenues. There doesn't seem to be much of a point to that. They either trust mgmt or they don't with their money so even if they have been dumping shares to pay themselves, their credibility was shot long ago if that's the case. Don't buy that "he bought a house in Fla so the money must be here" BS. It's just as logical to say they dumped, took salaries, haven't got the job done, and bought homes. So, that story of selling shares to pay the "accountants" for up-to-date financials appears to be all BS from the company...along with other BS, of course. I wonder who that principal is that can't be trusted, Lottery. I think we all know.

The more relevant fact would probably be to review the corporate records, share ownership and what was paid out to execs. That should be a relatively simple review - bank statements, cancelled checks, wires, etc. If the Irish care, they would have their own forensic people go in there to see what the execs were doing and not rely on accountants hired by the company to make conclusions or prepare financial statements.

The share price, the dumping, the logical arguments from (some of) the bashers all makes this frustrating as hell if you're a Long, but one doubts any Long would prefer more dumbass pr's as opposed to silence for relevant news like the last one put out. Far be it to think "silence is golden" with this stock, but prefer silence to "shotgun pr's."
