OK Mint, we now have a Current shareholder that owns 5%.

Only 1 problem, these shareholders used to own a lot more than 5%, maybe as much as 25% at one time. And, more importantly, their shares were worth a lot more than $720,000. Close to $6,000,000, at one time.

I think its safe to assume, that this shareholder is one "pissed off" Russian. In addition, this Russian is a Creditor and thus holds a POWER over the Good Doctor.

I believe this is a safe CONCLUSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to go for today, but tomorrow is all about another S-1 Player.
