There has never been anything to any of thier rumors. The risk,,,, buy at .0001 and be stuck with no bid,, for months and then another PR burst into a 10,000 to 1 RS,,, that is designed to "benifit the shareholders by having the PPS at a level more true ot the the company's worth and to stimulate trading".
