if there is any way to validate the claim that Vale's VP will be introducing Ken as a speaker ...this is huge ! not only are they chumming around with Vale but you can bet your ass they like what KATX has and a JV with RR and the option agreeement on Lucky wont be far behind...today's action may be a prelude of things to come during the next week or so...JMO
