Here is what happens when you create the impression that there will be news by a date certain and no news is forthcoming. People sell. I enjoy all the debate but it might be smarter to not make totally unsubstantiated claims about imminent deals. They set lines in the sand that some people will cling to. If that line is crossed with no substantial change, they leave.

People who pump this stock through exaggerated claims tend to cause more damage than people who bash it by raising reasonable concerns.
