Yes that is correct. At the time of this PR, cash flow was a problem and the storage of fertilizer was an issue. They did not have the storage capacity to store the liquid fertilizer after they extracted the silver. That was my understanding.

Yes your understanding is correct. They can up their quantity of photo liquids, and they can extract the silver at 1/10 the cost of before. They still have a problem. Where do they store the basic "fertilizer" component until they need it or can sell it? The 10x has made for a much more profitable operation, but has not made life easier. No, they cannot process silver without fertilizer sales. They are a take both or neither proposition.
Well that is a twofer. You can chock that up to a bad day.
