They dissolved for about 18 weeks earlier this year for failure to pay the business fees in Florida for Christ sakes. Wouldn't it have been a Mac and Peter deal under SRE, SC? Where is the 20% sale. And what would they buy 20 % of? 900k in legal held escrow?

Show one card close to your chest Brian. Something tangible, verifiable without the smoke and vague name dropping. The name and number of a governmental grant applied for? A RFP responded to? A sale? A Contract? A Business plan? PO for Biofuel processing equipment? Possible warehouse address? An office with equipment - like desks and chairs with ANY staff? Professional Website? Pickens Plan Leadership meeting notes? Professionally written PR's by Rossi from Capital Keys? Maps or permit applications to tie into the Palmetto Pipeline system? Dividends? (regardless of whose fault as a leader it's your responsibility to resolve), World Class Finance experts? Madrid Group References? Anything tangible?
