status report:

CORPORATE. The company name will be changed to KENERGY SCIENTIFIC, INC. as soon as possible. Preliminary steps have already been taken and this is hoped to be effective in January. Also, the Company is

seeking nominees for two seats on the Board of Directors. Applicants should submit resumes and/or letters of introduction to Ken.

NEW PRODUCTS. More than twenty five new products have been added and will be offered before black Friday for the Christmas season. A shipment of solar paneled, recharger designer pocketbooks as well as

shoulder bags and backpacks will arrive within the next three weeks.

SALES. The contract with Vested Connect LLC for marketing services has expired and was not renewed. A retired marketing specialist for a major corporation has been engaged to develop both purchasing and

sales opportunities.

STOCK. As of November 1, 2010, just under 8 billion shares had been issued, with more than 5.3 billion under restriction and not tradable at this time.

A: Filings:

1. SEC Filings:

The Company has hired Friedman, LLP to conduct the independent auditing.
Friedman group has more than 450 accountants and is one of the top SEC compliance auditing firms in the Northeast.
The drafts of all of 2009 10Qs and 10K have been completed and under review for filing within the next week. It is expected that the annual 10K for 2008 will be filed within the next few days.

The last three quarterlies- 09’ 1st quarter, 2nd quarter and 3rd quarter 10Qs are now being written. As soon as these are completed, the Company will be current and the caveat emptor is expected to be

removed.

B: Retail Sales:


1.Walmart: Walmart.com has completed its testing and evaluation of the Kenergy™ Solar Recharger for specified iPhone, iPod, music players and other electronic devices. They have

agreed to sell this product on their website and to review other products in the future. The Company is making final contractual arrangements with Walmart.com's distribution subcontractor. (for number of

units probably 50,000 !!!according to a poster that has asked Ken Glynn if these numbers are realistic.)

2.Wallmart: They have agreed to review other products in the future:(Kenergy Solar Powered K-Lanterns. etc..)

3.a major retailer of portable video games has requested a meeting to discuss the Kenergy™ Solar Recharger for specified iPhone, iPod, music players and other electronic devices,

and possibly other rechargers, on a nation-wide basis.

4.two educational product companies are reviewing the Company's products.
An outdoor products retail chain has requested quotes for an initial order of around 2400 Kenergy iPhone/iPod Solar Powered Recharger
units for initial store deployment, and has expressed interest in the Kenergy Solar Powered K-Lantern.("Camper Hunter" retail chains)

5. Discussions continue with numerous other retailers and marketing entities (Target, Best Buy, Cabela's and
other major retailers)

A very seasoned mall marketeer has predicted that the average spend rate (24% of store visitors) will be doubled or greater for the GreenSmart™ stores.

- Now they're negotiating with a different mall. Walk in lease in hopefully 2-3 weeks. They're looking at a location at Rutgers.

- They're putting together franchising presentation now to sell first 5 franchises after initial store opens for $10K a pop.

carry-on luggage manufacturers for licensing.

- Telemarketing: The Company is engaging a major production studio to redo the two minute infomercial for the Kenergy OmniCooker Grill,
now that three versions are available. The original airs on the company website www.speechswitchusa.com, and the new version to be made
will be used on future TV infomercials, expected to air within the next four to eight months. The production studio, "Roller Coaster"
Studios, has worked with Glynn on a couple of projects and is most well known for its BMW, J G Wentworth and major bank commercials.




D: The healthcare field


- A deal with the pharmaceutical company that expressed interest in advanced liquid drug delivery system for chemotherapy and other drugs. A major pharma company expressed

serious interest and has indicated that a contract will likely be offered for acquisition of the intellectual property after FDA filings have been made, but before FDA approval.

Schenk Consulting will be advising the Company and coordinating the FDA filing for the Company's proprietary cancer drug delivery system. New production prototypes will be used to run comparative tests with

predicate devices. Once these tests are completed, Mr. Schenk estimated that about three weeks of consulting work would be necessary to complete the FDA 510k Application.

The design has moved from demonstrator prototyping to production prototyping. Pharma companies continue to express interest in acquiring rights from the Company after the FDA

510k application is filed and before it is approved. There are four different design variations and this first product focus is for single vial liquid delivery into IV systems

utilizing the patented slide valve-bypass outlet features. Company now owns United States Issued Patent No. 7,637,889 B2 and other related pending patent applications.

Ken atage of 29 sat on exxon mobile strategic planning for emergin companies.

New Patent

United States Patent No. 7,808,121 relates to vehicles with battery recharging needs, wherein micro wind turbines are exposed for recharging only when the vehicle is decelerating or is at rest (to create a

net energy gain and to enhance braking during deceleration). The turbines are concealed when the vehicle is accelerating or at steady speed (to avoid a net energy loss). This invention was originally

assigned to and owned by Kenergy Development Corp. and is now assigned into the SpeechSwitch patent portfolio. Opportunities for development include federal and state departments and agencies, as well as bus

and other transportation vehicle manufacturers.

1) - A solar based transportation invention. The patent should issue before the end of November and will be
offered to the industry for licensing or acquisition.

2) - Ongoing discussions continue regarding the recently filed (08/07/10) patent application covering proprietary purses, satchels and other carrying bags that include built-in

combination solar powered cell phone rechargers and keyhole lights.The carrying bags include purses, pocketbooks, briefcases, belt pouches, gym bags and beach bags. Users will be able to use the

built-in solar panel power to recharge cell phones while they are carried in the bags, and may turn on the solar powered lights at any time lighting is needed, e.g., home, garage or vehicle entry at night.

Optional features include LED lights, flashing capabilities and sounding alarms. The concepts will be presented to various upscale designer brand pocketbook manufacturers, as well as briefcase and carry-on

luggage manufacturers for licensing. Discussions will commence tomorrow with a major designer brand for women's pocketbooks and accessories. Ken stated that "This patent application has immediate

applicability to existing product lines and may open the door to new markets in shorter time frames than the more scientifically oriented inventions of the Company."


3) July 2010 patents for:

- 1) Reciprocating solar engine 2)with attached solar windows 3)with solar reflectors motor apparatus
described for orientating solar responsive devices. The motor apparatus is solar energy operated and comprises a plurality of containers
connected in closed systems having fluid therein, support means for the containers including rotatable parts, and a solar window-containing component which permits solar energy to strike surfaces of the

containers so as to change the distribution of fluid in
the systems to cause the rotatable parts, and thus an attached solar responsive device, to rotate, e.g., in an arc so as to follow the
sun.

4) - In June 2009 the company obtained all rights to the GlynnTech, Inc. cancer drug delivery system, at
cost. This includes one issued patent (US No. 7,637,889 B2), one pending application, three years of development work, a prototype,
numerous CAD drawings of various embodiments, risk analysis and development pre-FDA filing history. Ken had three meetings with a major
pharma company who expressed serious interest and has indicated that a contract will likely be offered for acquisition of the
intellectual property after FDA filings have been made, but before FDA approval.


5) another solar-related invention. This application, in which Glynn is the sole inventor, has been assigned to the Company. The invention has been developed to enable electric vehicles

to recharge in the absence of an outlet designed for that purpose, for emergency recharges, as well as for enhancing or reducing the need for outlet recharging. Ken further indicated that he has

initiated discussions with major auto manufacturers worldwide to seek a partner for a developmental prototype. Auto manufacturers involved in electric vehicle development include GM, Nissan, BMW, SmartCar

and others. The invention is also designed for boats and yachts for recharging the battery systems, especially when batteries go dead at sea.

Ken Glynn acquired debt owed by SpeechSwitch, Inc. to third party creditors as follows:
- Promissory Note to Jerome Mahoney dated August 5, 2005 having a balance on December 31, 2008 of $80,956.27, and accruing interest, and thus having a balance of $82,035.42 as of April 30, 2010;
- Deferred Compensation to Jerome Mahoney as of December 31, 2008 equal to $273,696.20 and accrued interest of $95,901.88 through May 31, 2009 and additional interest from that date through April 30, 2010 of

$10,035.51 totaling $379,633.58;
- Convertible promissory note to iVoice, Inc. dated March 5, 2008 in the amount of $50,651.52, and having a balance on May 31, 2009, including additional dispersements and interest, of $84,113.39, and from

that date through April 30,2010 of $1,857.21, totaling $85,968.
- Loan from iVoice Technology, Inc. to SpeechSwitch, Inc. in the amount of $3,600.00.

Ken Glynn has reduced the company's debt by more than $450,000.00 by conversion of debt to restricted Class A and Class B stock.
the Company has borrowed $500,000 to invest in business development, sales and retail stores. The Company and the lender, E-Lionheart Associates, LLC, signed a Convertible Debenture with

extremely favorable terms.The interest rate is 5% per annum, the term is one year, no stock conversion may be transacted until after August 9, 2011, and the conversion formula is 90% of the lowest closing

trade of five previous days. E-Lionheart also contracted with Yorkville/YA Global (formerly Cornell) to purchase 100% of the SpeechSwitch/Cornell debt that was created almost five years

ago. E-Lionheart made these supportive, favorable agreements on the basis of SpeechSwitch's broad-based stock support (volume and growth) and on their vision of SpeechSwitch's success through the end of

2011.

- Ken has entered into an agreement to acquire all assets of Kenergy Development Corp.
Kenergy Development Corp. (“KDC”) is primarily a research company with numerous patent pending applications and a recently issued patent, including many inventions and know-how relating to direct conversion

of sunlight to mechanical and electrical power, without the need for photvoltaics, as well as hybrid and electric vehicles and wind power inventions, including venture canopies and hybrid solar/wind power

devices. Also included are portable, quickly deployable wind tunnels with wind turbo-generated power systems.

Although Kenergy Development Corp. has been estimated to be worth between One Million Dollars (based on actual investors share purchases) and Six Million Dollars (based on possible take over discussions with

two different energy groups in 2009), the total purchase price to SpeechSwitch is $ 250,000. Ken basically reduced his position in KDC to a few pennies on the dollar. The deal is based on 20 % cash and 80%

Notes. The Notes are for two years, interest free. Ken said that this move brings all of his solar ideas and future products under the same roof as existing solar products and is another step toward the

conversion of SpeechSwitch, Inc. into Kenergy Scientific. When asked why the sale price of the assets was so significantly reduced, Ken indicated that he had little interest in overburdening SpeechSwitch and

wanted to do a deal that was at a minimal cost per invention to SpeechSwitch. He feels that these assets will considerably increase the company’s net worth and bring it closer to a serious long-term

contender in the alternative energy business.

- kenergy as a private company was offered 1.8 million for a 30% stake, he took all assests and put into speech switch. In 5-8 years he really believe it will be millions of dollars worth of value.


- Ken mentioned in a phone call that he had just recently increased his office space by at least two more offices, so we know he is not operating this singlehandedly.
