Cam, I just spoke with Francis, our CEO. We talked for 2 hours. YES, 2 HOURS!!! I'm a criminal defense attorney of 15 years and he's a television/entertainment guy, so we spent most of the time, if not all of the time, swapping war stories and exchanging ideas.

He's extremely intelligent and very positive about IGSM. The financials will be out on or before November 15, 2010, and Francis is very "excited" about them and upcoming events. The 22.8 million share increase will be explained to us in said financials.

Obviously, Francis cannot, as a matter of law, release to us anything of substance regarding future events and, as an attorney, I know that and completely understand and would expect the same from any CEO. THIS GUY FOLLOWS THE RULES. But folks, the product line is coming; it's for real. I can't wait to see it. I'm very confident in this man. In fact, I'm "excited" now.

We all need to be patient. Francis knows what he is doing.
