When thing is slow, you could manipulate the bid/ask as long as you see no bid at 4s I could put any MM at 4s and 3s.

500k at 4s while 500k bid at 3s. The order never get fill up. If someone manage to buy the 4s, the seller could always get 4s again. If MMTE tick to 5s, then oh well the seller probbaly have a lot of share that would benefit much more than 500k sold at 4s.

Sorry if I'm not making any sense. :(
