I would love to see the presented plan. One observation, based on what has been said, is that Peter says he will hire 600 people. By comparison, Corvette produced 7,589 cars in '09, or 16 employee's per car. 600 employee's at the same rate per employ equals 9,600 cars in a year.
Doesn't add up just on that issue...jmho
