What frustrated me the most about the conference call was Dean's unwillingness to share what the actual reasons were for the FDA rejection. Over and over he kept stating it was about financial information that was not submitted that he kept stating "was never asked for" I am fairly confident he wasn't submitting a Credit Application to the FDA, and what does that have to do with the actual DVIS anyway?
He also kept repeating that it didn't make any sense. What didn't make any sense? Did they respond in some foreign language? To me something smells fishy on both sides of the fence here. The 3% rejection rate for submissions had to come from somewhere, and I believe everyone would agree that the DVIS working as advertised, it would put a spur in the saddle of more than one of the big boys, so rip Dean all you want, and he definitely made plenty of mistakes here, but why did it take the FDA SO long to come back NSE?? From what I understand following this board, that is not typical at all either.
I find it hard to believe that this was a scam from the beginning, because if it was, I think this would be harder to devise than the actual idea of the DVIS itself.
My investment is basically worth nothing right now, but I am holding a glimmer of hope that Dean can get some expensive assistance to try and work it again. I also believe whoever he is seeking to assist will have to see the machine functioning or there is nothing for them to back. If we go through months with no word from Dean that he has this "Big Hitter" on boared to take the ball, then sadly I would say it's true that the DVIS is a concept and it has never made it to the workable phase except on paper.
Sorry for those that lost a bundle, and good luck to those that still believe IMGG will find a way. To those that lost so much that you have put your family's future at risk, shame on you. This is legalized gambling, and you never put that much on the line that you can't live to fight another day. I still feel for you, but you did it to yourself.
