"Proposed" - i will make you a deal ... if you get a dividend send me your address and i will mail you a $100 ok lol

its not going to happen...trust me. that was in anticipation of prop 19 passing and having a share value some where around the $.50. everything says "proposed"...most companies that announce dividends do so with a shareholder record date some time before they announce it...not shareholders of record as of a future date...thats just a pr pump right there fishing for new investors...
