Mice. (all please read) Thank you for the information. I will consider my questions with that in mind. The attorney called me because I spoke to a securities regulator in Utah and that person called Veltex and demanded they answer my questions.

I am trying to retrieve the agenda for the BOD meeting so that I can inquire (with evidence) about two specific points. No doubt I will receive a reply indicating that he (the lawyer)will make inquiries and get back to me.

My major conflict right now is the audit and it's timing. If I ask these specific questions tomorrow will that give the company time to adjust the audit statements? Should I allow the audit to come out and then demand explanation if the statements therein conflict with prublished statements?
