Not sure about FL law, but in Kentucky, the Corporation (INC,LLC) may petition the Secretary of State, with a fee, and the past due filings (E.G annual report), and have the Admin Dissolution removed......and SHAZAM!!!!! The Corporation is back in GOOD standing, as though none of the aforementioned activities ever took place!!!
My guess is Lumb, Lowenthal, Bazzano, and Compan(IES), etc..etc..., are well versed in the state's that operate in a similar manner.
My point is...it is "possible", however, not "Likely", that this HGLC shell could receive some "new" breath...and bring it back from the dead!
Although I'm pretty sure we have to wait to next year for Halloween again!
